We miss you!
In remembrance of a great game inventor

Rudi Hoffmann
30.08.1924   -     18.07.2008
"Come on, stay a little longer. We will never
get together this young again", was one of
Rudi Hoffmann's most spoken sentences.
How we would have loved to say to him,
"Stay a little longer." He loved to be in
the company of others with whom he could
exchange laughs and good conversation. There he also found his inspirations.

Rudi Hoffmann was a man full of creativity. Most people knew him as a game inventor and comedic illustrator, but there was so much more.

We want to dedicate this web site to Rudi Hoffmann, who was called by the game world as one of the three "Old-Masters of game inventors". They even called him the Mozart of game inventors. We also want to introduce the versatility of Rudi.

Because he was a man who loved to be in good fellowship and loved to bring joy to others, he would have a great time meeting you all here. He would have loved to chat with you and to laugh with you.

We want to invite you, also in his name, to peek into Rudi Hoffmann's world, to stay a while, to talk to others in the Café International, to marvel, to laugh and if you want to, to leave a message.

Have fun and keep enjoying his games. A few more surprises will come. Hopefully more games will be published and sold in English speaking countries.
